McKinley accomplishes Medical/Dental Mission & Hand Washing Education

McKinley Participated  in a Medical & Dental Mission in Sitio Kamandag Dos, Mayamot, Antipolo City  on 1 October 2011.  This is the is the club’s second project to this Rotary year in our chosen community of Mayamot.

Our club along with Saint Luke’s College of Nursing and Trinity University of Asia participated in the initial planning.  All went well since we had forged partnerships with experts that have had vast experiences with medical and dental missions.

Our club was actively involve by conducting a literacy project, “Hand Washing Education” as part of the mission.   Thank you PP Bing, PE/Sec  Rico, VP Julie, Guests Mae and Odette for joining and taking part in the implementation of the project. You all did a great job!  Our hand washing education booth was a success!

All the participants lunch enjoyed lunch paid for by our club and were happy to distribute medicines donated from our partnership with Pharex. We would like to give special thanks to Rotarians DJ  Pornel and Gerald Tan for both donating bottles of Vitamin C to Mayamot.
