PP Cherry donates food to our RCC and Med Center

Friday, July 30th, 2010
President Ronnie donated two boxes of the Dole Tomato Sauce to PP Cherry last Sunday 25 July where she distributed them to 2 community organizations.
The recipient of the first box was the Mother Serafina Rotary Community Corps (RCC) of our club. Its members are basically the volunteer parents of the students and the volunteer workers at the “Sisters of the Angels” Convent.
The recipient of the the second box was the Miraculous Medal Family Center which oversees the various communities surrounding their parish. Although unofficial, this is almost like our adopted community because it has been the beneficiary of several projects such as our club’s Pan de Nash Bakeshop Project, the donation of the sacks of Milo powdered drinks, and the Meal from the Heart/ School Supplies Joint Project with our Sister Club in Brunei.
Sister Luz Jael, D.C. has been replaced by Sister Letty Derilo, D.C.  Incidentally, Sister Lettty will appreciate assistance in the restoration of the roofing materials of their parish center.
Mother Serafina and Miraculous Medal Family Center extended their heartfelt appreciation for our club’s donation.
