Rotary Watch was invited to a command conference at the Philippine National Police Headquarters, Camp Crame, Quezon City on PNP Legal Assistance Program. This was attended by Rotary Watch National Chairman PP Albert Garcia, Rotary Watch District 3830 Administrator PP Ces Singzon and Rotary Watch Counsel PE Ronnie Legaspi.
In said conference, National Chair Albert Garcia announced the designation of RWDA3830 PP Ces as National Director of the Rotary Watch PNP Legal Assistance Program. PP Ces’s involvement in Rotary is now beyond the club and district levels.
